Returns shouldn't be a hassle and we care about our customers and their experiences with us. We easily accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Final Sale items will not be accepted. 

Amazon/Ebay Returns: 
Please visit the marketplace in which the order was placed and follow the guidelines provided. A prepaid label will be provided and a refund will be processed back to your original payment method once received. 

Facebook/Instagram Returns: 

Please visit the orders page under your Facebook or Instagram account in which the order was placed and follow the return process instructions provided. *Prepaid Return Labels cannot be provided for orders/returns through Facebook/Instagram marketplace channels*

FINAL SALE ITEMS: All final sales (prices ending in .99) will not be accepted for refund or exchange.  This includes clearance sales and Thrifty Thursday deals with pricing ending in $.99. 
Items such as swimwear, undergarments, hats, cosmetics, jewelry, etc. will always be final sale and cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.

Exchange Policy: 
We do not offer online exchanges at this time due to limited stock on some items. We do offer in-store exchanges for online orders placed via culturedcloths.com. 

Damaged Items: 
If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with proof of such damages, photo documentation, etc. 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be refunded and a paid return postage label will be sent to accompany your return.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days without a return merchandise authorization code will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours of delivery.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@culturedcloths.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (.99) cannot be refunded. Items included in our Thrifty Thursday Deals are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Return Shipping:  
The buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for all returns unless the item was delivered damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid label will be emailed to the customer and the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Online orders are shipped within 48 hours of every order  - 5 days a week! 

We ship to USA & Canada! 

Canada shipments:  Customer is responsible for paying any additional customs/duties fees on international shipments.

Please refer to item descriptions for specific fit information and/or some items will have the "find my size" widget that is helpful for finding the perfect fit.  We typically stock several different brands and each items sizing may vary.
